Abstract:
The study examined the impact of leadership on the public policy making process in Nigeria, using Enugu state as a case study. The study made use of primary and secondary data collection to gather information. In view of this it concluded by discovering that there is significant relationship between leadership style of Chimaroke and public policy process also discovered that unaccountable leadership encourages inefficient policy making in Enugu state. This study Recommends these two among others, that policy making process should be transparent, secondly that leaders should desist from being autocratic
