ABSTRACT
The exploration work, the causes of poor attitude to work in Nigeria Telecommunication Limited (NITEL) is impartial fulfillment of the requirement for the award of Diploma in Public Administration of University of Benin, Benin City.
It tends to assist the management staff of Nigeria Telecommunication Limited (NITEL) for development of staff training programme and to lay emphasis on remuneration so as to enhance the
worker productivity.
The research for the above topic has experienced a practical aspect of management and brought out the impulses or stimulus that energizes worker in an organization. Here the study make us to
understand that with the help of the following, everything in the organization will adequately be publicized, staff training, adequate transport facilities, responsibilities of staff policy, personal development of the organization serves as an impetus to increase workers level of
productivity. The work as divided into five (5) chapters.....
